Background + Values
From a young age, my family instilled in me the values of giving back to my community. I first started volunteering in university for School of Business and Saskatchewan Roughriders events in Regina.
Since then, I've held several Board positions. Many of the volunteer and Board roles I've held have been focused on helping to develop the next generation of CPAs. I also founded my own networking group, Females in Finance, for women working in Accounting and Finance.
In 2018, I was recognized by CPA Alberta with a Distinguished Service Award for my commitment to the Accounting profession in Alberta.
